Schedule:

FTE 1.0, 8:00AM - 8:00PM PST, 3-12hr a week, Day

FTE 0.9, 8:00AM - 8:00PM PST, 3-12hr a week, Variable

The Centralized Scheduling Coordinator works in conjunction with the Staffing and Administrative Leadership team along with Managers, Supervisors, and various supportive service leads to staff departments with appropriate personnel. Other functions of the Centralized Scheduling Coordinator are performed as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree Business, Accounting, Healthcare, or Management Or equivalent educ/experience

  • Experience managing build and maintenance of staffing schedules within healthcare departments, health clinics, or other care facilities.

  • Experience in a healthcare setting (tertiary healthcare or hospital preferred).

  • Ability to follow strict guidelines of contract and policy requirements for staffing provision. Detail oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Specific preferred experience includes: Managing the status of each employee in the assigned nursing unit and their availability at all times to ensure adequate staff is available to meet patient care needs.
