Providence Health & Services Senior Manager Access and Digital Health in Olympia, Washington
Providence is calling a Senior Manager Access and Digital Health (1.0 FTE, Day Shift) to work in Centralized Patient Access at Providence Medical Group Southwest in Olympia, WA.
Provides strategic and operational leadership for PMG access strategies on behalf of the SW Washington Region. Provides comprehensive and data-driven strategic and operational plans for the development and implementation of access strategies for all PMG patients.
In this position you will:
Development of strategic and balanced approach for clinic access for patients based on patient populations and preferences, existing capacity and panel size, provider mix, and payor mix.
Optimize centralized Call Center to ensure patient needs are met in an efficient and effective way, in alignment with comprehensive access strategies.
Serve as a PMG liaison to System and Regional digital and retail strategy committees, including growing and evolving services and products in the community. Directly supervises the Patient Access Supervisor.
Oversee reporting and analytics relating to access to a variety of internal customers. Provide recommendations and coaching to clinic operating units on scheduling practices and identifies areas of opportunity to better balance capacity to demand.
Guide, evaluate and provide leadership for clinic managers to support the access infrastructure needs of day-to-day operations of the PMG SW Washington clinics..
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business and/or Healthcare related.
5 years of experience in medical group management or healthcare organization at a leadership level (preferably with a large group of physicians and multi-site locations). Must include experience in a large matrixed organization, including clinic operations, change management, financial management and business growth and development in a large medical group or health care model. Must have worked directly with healthcare leadership team including physicians.
Valid driver's license
Driving record consistent with GOP Safe Driving Policy 330 Incident Point Matrix required at time of hire.
Strong technical aptitude
Ability to influence internal and/or external constituents
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration.
