In this position you will:

Contributes to developing and maintaining Rehab Unit customer satisfaction program in accordance with organizational guidelines which includes guests, family, patient and physician expectations
Contributes to developing and maintaining Rehab Unit quality management program in accordance with organizational guidelines which includes community standards, including compliance with all laws, regulations and requirements of appropriate licensing and accrediting bodies
Assists with the development of a Rehab Unit strategic Plan complying with organizational guidelines which identifies objectives for increasing market share and volumes
Actively participates in developing annual departmental budgets, and specifically the Rehab Unit Budget, which will include appropriate volume and revenue projections and reflect the most cost-effective means of delivering services to achieve specified quality levels
Manages human resources to achieve the highest levels of performance by retaining and attracting the most competent employees
Complies with PSPH and unit specific infection control, risk management and OSHA guidelines and procedures
Assures compliance with PSPH confidentiality policies. Maintains confidentiality of patient and/or business related information.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Graduate Degree in Physical, Occupational, Recreational Therapy and/or Speech Language Pathology from accredited training program
Minimum of 10 years experience in a therapy discipline, with at least five years in a management/supervisory position, and at least 2 years management of inpatient rehab therapies.
Washington State License, and appropriate certification to practice in the state of Washington.
Knowledge of department management including budgeting, resource allocation and planning.
