Providence Health & Services Radiologic Technologist I in Olympia, Washington
Providence is calling a Radiologic Technologist I (Part time 0.85 FTE, Day Shift) to Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia, WA.
The Radiologic Technologist I is responsible for providing quality care to patient and performing radiology exams proficiently to provide Radiologists with accurate information to reach an interpretation.
In this position you will:
Bring areas of improvement to the attention of Management.
Be responsible for radiological procedures, assisting radiologist, and radiographic equipment operations as outlined in the job’s position description.
Be responsible for setting up and conducting radiological procedures and performing quality control and reporting tasks.
Participate in the growth and development of the DI department and contributes ideas.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Graduate of an accredited 2 year Radiologic Technologist Progam
1 year of clinical experience in Radiologic Technology, or equivalent
Registration by the ARRT (American Society of Radiological Technologists.) American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Washington State Dept. of Health Radiologic Technologist License.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Previous hospital experience
