Pharmacist Providence St. Peter Hospital

The staff pharmacist has the responsibility to integrate the provision of pharmaceutical care with other elements of the patient care process to provide a collaborative, cooperative effort with other members of the health care team to assure optimal drug therapy outcomes and to improve the patient's quality of life. Performs all duties in a manner, which promotes team concept and reflects the Sisters of Providence mission and philosophy.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited college of pharmacy

  • Licensed to practice as a Pharmacist within the State of Washington

Preferred qualifications:

  • Completion of an ASHP accredited residency program

  • 1 year Hospital Pharmacists experience

  • Hospital Computer System experience

  • Pharmacokinetic and Drug Information Software Programs experience

  • IV Admixture/Pump Equipment experience
