Providence Health & Services Intensive Case Manager and Group Therapist in Olympia, Washington
Providence is calling a Group Therapist (1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week Day Shift) to the Home Health Services Psychiatry Program at Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia, Washington.

The Intensive Case Manager provides services to outpatient psychiatric clients. They will work with the Community Care Center and home health team to identify and support vulnerable community members. Case management includes providing short term intensive care coordination with partner agencies, housing resources and health care providers.
In this position you will:
Provides clinical assessment daily and as necessary for a variety of clients with serious mental illness.
Modifies Intensive Case Management program activities according to need
Plans, schedules, coordinates and leads psychotherapeutic and psychoeducational group activities
Complies with Washington State Law and other regulatory groups regarding patient care
Participates in clinical supervision and department and staff meetings
Required qualifications for this position include:
Master's Degree in Mental Health counseling or equivalent
Two (2) years experience in acute care or community based mental health work
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Licensed Mental Health Counselor or licensed social worker
Working with and/or a knowledge base of homeless services and/or substance use.
