Providence is calling an CT Technologist (0.4 FTE/16 hours per week, Variable Shift) to the Imaging Services at Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia, WA.

The CT Technologist will be responsible for providing the highest quality of patient care by assuring that the needs of the patients and physicians in the area of Computed Tomography (CT) exams and procedures.
In this position you will:
Independently functions as a CT Technologist for patients of various age groups. Performs procedures to produce satisfactory results for diagnostic interpretation
Complete all paperwork & tracking associated with CT exams
Plan & arrange workload
Accurately orders exams, Labs and enters charges
Comply with educational and state licensure requirements for PSPH DI department
Provide competent care appropriate to the patient population
Required qualifications for this position includes:
Graduate of an accredited 2 years Radiological Technologist program.
Registration by the AART (American Association of Radiological Technologists) in Computed Tomography (CT)
If CT training has recently been completed; a condition of employment will be the individual has 1 year from date of hire to receive the ARRT (CT) credential
Washington State Radiologic Technologist License
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) Certification
ARRT (R) or NMTCB credential in addition to ARRT (CT)
Two (2) years working as a Diagnostic Imaging Technologist
Preferred qualifications for this position includes:
Bachelor's Degree in Radiological Sciences
Training and Experience performing CT scanning
Knowledge and familiarity utilizing CT software and equipment
