Providence Health & Services Care and Utilization Management Program Coordinator in Olympia, Washington
Providence Health and Services is calling a Care and Utilization Management Program Coordinator (1.0 FTE, Day Shift) to Providence Health & Services in Olympia, WA.
The Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day office management and perform a variety of specialized clerical duties in support of administrative operations of departmental programs or projects. Duties focus on assisting the Director and staff with project support duties, such as tracking expenditures and program information; producing statistical and summary reports; reviewing and monitoring invoices, employee evaluation timeliness, developing written materials and answering correspondence.
In this position you will:
Coordinate clerical aspects of departmental functions as required. Serves as initial point of contact on behalf of department. Accept and communicate messages from insurance carriers, community agencies, facilities, and the public. May provide oversight of office assistants, reviewing and assigning tasks as required. Provides support to all departments under the scope of responsibility of the director this may include more than one department i.e. case management, social work, patient placement, and call center.
Perform word processing; composes correspondence, reports, forms, and other documents. Use personal computer, copiers, fax, and other office equipment
Perform administrative detail work on special projects or programs requiring specialized knowledge of the programs
Assist Director and others with projects as needed by researching, analyzing and compiling information.
Maintain department policies, procedures and forms to ensure compliance with federal, state and medical center regulations.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Associate's Degree or equivalent educ/experience
Or the equivalent and 1 year of clerical experience (additional clerical experience will substitute for the degree)
